In this session you will be introduced to different styles of eating and how to tell what is right for you. It may be you need to balance your blood sugar, or perhaps you would best be served by intermittent fasting. Do you have questions on whether or not to be gluten free and what are GMO’s? We will delve into how nutrition (or lack of) affects your body, how to create a healthy mindset around food, and what are steps you can take to have a more nourishing life.
